If you need plus strength, then you have difficulty seeing things that are close. On the contrary, you can easily see things from a long distance. This means that you often have difficulty seeing the letters when reading or looking at your phone. If you need a plus strength in your glasses, then you are farsighted. It is quite normal to need glasses with plus power when you are around 40 and 50 years old. At HART & HOLM you will find glasses with plus powers +1, +1.5, +2, +2.5 and +3.
