It is important to us that you get just the right strength in your new glasses, so that you can use them when you are sitting at the computer or reading a good book.

That's why you naturally get a strength guarantee on your glasses when you shop with us. This means that you can exchange your glasses for a different strength if you order incorrectly the first time - completely free of charge.

If you want to make use of the power guarantee, you exchange your glasses by completing our RETURN TICKET and enclose it in the package.

Your purchase must always be returned in the same packaging in which you received it, and no later than 14 days from the day you receive the goods.

The package is sent back with a return label, which you pick up right away HERE . When you make use of our strength guarantee, we will refund your shipping costs for the exchange.
