You are always welcome to exchange items you have purchased from us. You must return your purchase in the packaging you received it in. You can make an exchange/return shipment and buy a return label through the Shipmondo return portal at this link

You have 14 days of full right of return from the day you receive the item.

If you do not use the Shipmondo return portal, remember to always include a completed return slip when you return an item to HART & HOLM, so that we can quickly provide you with the best possible service.

The condition of the item when you send it back

We recommend that you send the item back in the original packaging, and that the glasses are stored carefully in the supplied plastic bag and box in which they were received.

If the Glasses' original packaging is missing, it may lead to a decrease in the value of the item, which in some cases means that you cannot get any kind of refund.

Refund of the purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, you can get your money back. If the item is impaired, we will deduct the amount you are liable for, this may in certain cases mean that you cannot get any kind of refund.

We will refund the value of the goods if you send them back within 14 days from the day you received the goods and the return conditions are met.

We return the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
