All prices are stated in DKK and include 25% VAT.
At HART & HOLM ApS we accept Visa/Dankort, Visa, MasterCard, MobilePay and ViaBill. The amount for the goods is only deducted when the goods are dispatched from HART & HOLM ApS. We can only withdraw the amount you have specified or less - and only once. If you pay with a Danish payment card, no card fees are deducted.

It is absolutely safe to do business with us, as all communication between our payment system and the cardholder takes place via an encrypted SSL connection (Secure Socket Layer).

When purchasing with ViaBill, you will receive your goods first. After that, you must pay your monthly allowance on the same date each month. If you do not pay on time, a fee will be charged. If you regret your purchase, the agreement on payment with ViaBill ends. Read more here:

When paying with Anyday, we withdraw the first payment when the item is dispatched. You then pay a monthly benefit on the last working day of the next three months. This benefit depends on your order total and payment plan. If you pay all installments on time, there is zero interest and fees. If you return your purchase, your agreement with Anyday will automatically end. Read more about terms for use of Anyday here:

Reservation of the amount

If you pay with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately.

The money is reserved on your card or account until:

1) we raise the amount when we send the item, or

2) until the money is released according to agreement with your card issuer.

We believe that it should be easy and quick to shop for reading glasses, sunglasses and Sunglasses with power on our website. That's why we offer FREE shipping for all orders over € 134,07 You will be asked to enter your delivery address and choose your preferred delivery option during checkout.

Deliveries are made throughout Denmark and all orders are sent with GLS. Orders under a value of € 134,07 are subject to shipping costs of € 6,57,- to € 10,59,-, depending on whether you choose to use GLS Parcelshop or GLS Privat. When you choose delivery to Parcel Shop, you can choose which Parcel Shop you want your order delivered to. In busy periods when the selected parcel shop has no space, GLS chooses another parcel shop with free capacity near the selected one.
Delivery within Denmark's borders usually takes 1-2 working days.

If you regret your entire purchase (right of cancellation / return)

As a consumer, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.

Our wish is that you will be more than satisfied with your HART & HOLM product.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.

The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to or use our RETURN TICKET .
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.

Please send a carefully completed return slip when you return an item to HART & HOLM, so that we can handle the return as best and as quickly as possible.

Cancellation of part of the purchase

If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of returning one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.
Please note that you will not get the shipping costs back if you regret part of your purchase.

If you have obtained free shipping, received a free item or received other discounts conditional on a purchase of a certain value and this is no longer fulfilled after returning part of the purchase, the value of the discount, the gift
(if it has not been returned) and/or the freight be deducted from the amount you
will be reimbursed.


Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us. You must pay for the package to be returned yourself, and you are responsible if any damage occurs during transport.

The condition of the item when you send it back

If the item has lost value and this is because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the item, you can only get a part of the purchase price back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases it may mean you can only get back the shipping costs.

We recommend that you send the item back in the original packaging, and that the glasses are stored carefully in the supplied plastic bag and box in which they were received. If the original packaging is missing, it may lead to a decrease in the value of the item.

Refund of the purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we deduct the amount you are liable for.

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs, no later than 14 days from the day on which we have received your message that you want to cancel the agreement. However, this does not apply to extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer.

We return the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

We can withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.

Right of complaint

When you as a consumer shop at HART & HOLM, you are always guaranteed a 24-month right of complaint - remember to save your receipt, which you received per mail. As a customer of HART & HOLM, the rules of the Purchase Act apply to the purchase of goods. This means that you as a consumer have the right to complain for 24 months. The right to complain assumes that the goods' faults/defects are not due to misuse of the product or other harmful behavior that has led to the damage/defect.
If your complaint is justified, this means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. We reserve the right to remedy a defect/damage with an identical undamaged item instead of refunding the purchase price.

You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the damage/defect. If you make a complaint within two months after the damage/defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so we can reimburse you for shipping costs.

Unclaimed packages

If you do not pick up the package and it is sent back to us, you will be charged the actual shipping costs for the return shipment. In the event of cancellation, these will be offset against the amount you would otherwise have received back. If you want the package resent, you must pay any delivery costs.

To be able to complain, the product or service that you want to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. For complaints about clothes and shoes, however, the price must have been at least DKK 720. There is a fee to have the complaint processed .

Personal data policy

We need the following information when you shop with us:

Name, address, phone no. and email address.

We register and pass on the personal data that is necessary to be able to deliver the goods to you.
The personal information is registered with Hart & Holm ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.

We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with sufficient protection.
