• Order number of the order you wish to cancel — as well as which item(s) you wish to cancel the purchase of
• The email address to which we should send the receipt

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal on your purchase from the day you receive the item. Once you have filled out the form, you will receive a receipt by email confirming that we have received your request.
